In five days, you will discover the ancient royal cities, magnificent temples, the famous Lion Rock of Sigiriya, as well as stunning beaches and colonial flair – a perfect blend of culture, nature, and relaxation.

Day 1: Negombo

Welcome to Sri Lanka!

After landing in Colombo, you'll travel to Negombo, where you can take a relaxing stroll along the beach and the Dutch Canal. Explore the impressive colonial architecture, discover cafes and restaurants, and immerse yourself in the vibrant local life.

Day 2: Negombo   Anuradhapura

Today you'll travel to Anuradhapura and discover the ancient royal city. You'll visit the impressive temple ruins, historic palaces, and sacred sites, and experience Sri Lanka's history firsthand.

Day 3: Anuradhapura Trincomalee

In the morning, you'll travel to Trincomalee on the east coast. You'll first visit the ruins of Fort Frederick, a historic fortress steeped in colonial history, before visiting Koneswaram Temple, a Hindu temple dedicated to the god Shiva on a cliff overlooking the sea. Afterwards, you can explore the beautiful beaches, swim in the warm sea, and soak up the sun.

Day 4: Trincomalee Sigiriya

In the morning, you'll travel to Sigiriya and climb the famous Lion Rock, a UNESCO World Heritage Site with its impressive frescoes and panoramic views. In the afternoon, you'll enjoy a safari in one of the nearby national parks, where you can observe herds of elephants, birds, and other wildlife in their natural habitat.

Day 5: Sigiriya Negombo

In the morning, you'll visit the Dambulla Cave Temple, a fascinating UNESCO World Heritage Site with intricate murals and over 150 Buddha statues. Afterwards, you'll travel to Kandy to visit the venerable Temple of the Tooth, which houses a sacred Buddha relic. In the evening, you'll arrive in Negombo, where your tour concludes.
